Jesus christ on a shut up before I slap you sandwich topped with what the hell is wrong with you, you're all overreacting. Gliscor's leaving? Or it's being traded for Gible? How do you even GET that from a title that, to me, says "Ash battles COTD who specializes in flying Pokemon using his Gliscor against COTD's Scizor"? At worst, it'll be a filler. At best, Ash will learn a new battle tactic to use with Gliscor. Have you people been watching this anime for more than a month? Can you seriously not read titles like this a mile away, especially when paired with "hi-ho filler, away!" summaries like "An intense battle with a master of mid-air combat! Read the wind, Glion!"?



My real guess is that most of you guessing a release really don't like Gliscor that much and want Ash to have a Pokemon you think is, like, tty awsum, like Riolu or Gible or Arceus. Either that or you're incapable of speculating about episodes that don't involve captures, releases, or trades.

And I agree. Releasing Gliscor would be the crappiest crap the writers have ever decided to slide into this generation. No, worse than that! Releasing Gliscor wouldn't even be worthy of crap! It would be the crap that crap craps!

And on another note, yes, Scizor's attack has to be Double Hit. It looks just like Dawn's Ambipom and Kotone's Girafarig.

I dunno, after Ambipom left out of the blue, I wouldn't put it passed them.

In any case I don't see why the battle is such a big deal, Gliscor has Fire Fang so it should be a shoe in.

I'm just hoping Gliscor gets to learn an atack that can do some heavy damage, like maybe Earthquake, or Swords Dance to help boost her attack strength.

I think Swords Dance would be a perfect candidate. Gliscor (species) learn Swords Dance levelling up, and would be an ideal replacement for the rarely used Screech.

Screech is a good looking attack, and have we seen Sword Dance before?
Anyway, I think that Gliscor using Fire Fang on Slizor would make this match boring.
Because, all Ash need to do is to use Fire Fang and then win.
And I am thinking a Cacnea reason now.

Earthquake can be a good attack, however i don't see Gliscor learning it because this is a battle in the sky so maybe it will learn a move like Guillotine.

Why do people keep on saying Gliscor will be released for gible?, Im really starting to get tired of this gible talk Ive said this a million times there's no reason for gliscor get released. And if you think it will you must be really hoping ash gets a gible(Which we are not sure he will get.) But seriously gliscor has a reason to stick around like it has something to settle with paul like the rest of the team. I'm sorry but this gible talk is really starting to get annoying.

Ambipom got alot of screentime(both on Ash & Dawn's side) & it kicked butt on both Gyms & Contests and look what happened to poor Ambipom? I dont think it will be released either. The Pokemon can have poor screentime, moderate screentime, ton of screentime, weak, strong, all have a chance of being released/traded/given to/Oaked, etc. I just think it will be one of those Fillers that have no importance but are still great to watch. VS's Episodes are always a treat, Filler or not.

It doesn't really matter in the anime. Fire spin is one of the weakest attacks in the games but it seems like a powerhouse move in the anime.

If Gliscor learns a new attack I don't think it'll need to see some one else use it first. Sudowoodo, Mamoswine, Gliscor, and Grotle all learned attacks without seeing another pokemon use it first.

I think metal claw would be too similar in appearence to X-scissor. Besides Gliscor already has steel wing. Maybe earthquake or something.

I think 1 of 4 things will happen.

1: Gliscor is traded to this 'Air Master'.
2: Gliscor becomes a lot more powerful/learns a new move.
3: Episode will be much like the Battle Frontier Scizor episode.
4: Filler.

Hoping for anything but 1.

Maybe Sky Attack? It kind of promotes Johto.

And I thought the Scizor episode in Kanto was filler.
Even though it was great. Man, I miss the good old Kanto fillers.

So if I see a trade, maybe a Gliscor for Scizor trade?
