ringtones?

I was listening to the WTPT Pokemon Radio podcast and Jowy had battle sound ringtones on his iPhone.
I tried googling to no avail. I also downloaded one from beemp3.com, but their site sucks for searching and relies on outdated offsite sources.

Does anyone know where to get some of these?

I would sure like to use a wild encounter mp3 for my ringtone.

I haven't actually heard my phone ring in years. It's always on vibrate.

But if I did use ringtones, I'd be all over Pokemon ones. The old Red and Blue Wild Encounter music would be instantly recognizable and hilarious to all involved. I'd also kind of like my phone to shout "Phone call! Phone call!" like in the early episodes of the show.

A lot of modern phones allow you to upload mp3s to the phone to use directly as ringtones and message tones. If you can get hold of mp3s, or just sound clips and convert them into mp3s, then you can upload or bluetooth them to your phone, if they have this option.

But if you're just asking for a place to download mp3s, then you are requesting downloadable content which is against the rules.

Try looking for game clips on Youtube and saving the sound from there. Yes there are programs that let you do that, no I am not telling you where to get them.

I actually recorded some tunes to my Phone for ringtones. Most calls are the Kanto Pokemon Battle theme (from Silver =P), and texts are the sound after a Pokemon is caught (from R/B). Tried to keep it old school, although I added some XD music for Family.

I download my Video Game OST tracks either from Gallabdia Hotel or YouTube and then convert them into mp3 with Format Factory then pick the part of the song I want and edit the file with Audacity.

Yes, but for the purpose being described, Windows Media player is perfectly viable and more legal. Just put it on record narration, set microphone to stereo mix, play the tune, save it, convert it and done.

I just downloaded The wild pokemon encounter theme and the Evolve Theme

I never thaught about it, but I saw this thread and I will put these themes as my ringtones ^^
